Section 31-106. VOTES

106.1Action shall be taken by majority vote of the Commissioners voting unless contrary in these rules or other applicable law.
106.2No person may vote on Commission matters unless that person is a current member of the Commission.
106.3The Commission may, upon motion of any Commissioner, reconsider a vote taken at the same meeting at which the vote to reconsider is taken or, if otherwise in order, at the next meeting.
106.4No proxy votes shall be permitted.
