Section 31-108. RECORDS OF MEETINGS

108.1The Secretary shall cause the creation of a formal record of the official proceedings of Commission meetings by electronic recording except as provided by § 108.3. All written documents and materials of the Commission shall be maintained by the Secretary as the official record of the Commission.

108.2The Secretary shall prepare a summary of attendance and actions officially taken at each meeting.

108.3The Secretary shall prepare detailed minutes of a Commission or panel meeting if electronic recordation is not feasible.
