Section 31-1315. TAXIMETER BUSINESS - NOTIFICATION OF CRIMINAL CONVICTION OR OTHER CHANGE IN LICENSE CONDITIONS

1315.1A taximeter business owner, including a member of a partnership or any officer or shareholder of a corporation, shall notify the Commission in writing of his/her conviction for a crime within fifteen (15) days of such conviction, and he or she shall deliver to the Commission a certified copy of the certificate of disposition issued by the clerk of the court within fifteen (15) days of conviction.
1315.2In accordance with § 1307.2, a taximeter business owner shall notify the Commission of any material change in the information contained on such owner's latest taximeter business license application or renewal.
