Section 31-1328. TAXIMETER BUSINESS - OVERCHARGES PROHIBITED

1328.1A licensed taximeter business shall not charge fees for any work involving taximeters in excess of the fees set by its fee schedule, which shall be filed with the Commission and shall be publicly displayed pursuant to § 1309 of these rules.
