Section 31-201. APPOINTMENT OF CO-CHAIRPERSON AND SECRETARY

201.1The Chairperson may designate a member of the Panel to serve as Co-Chairperson of the Panel on Rates and Rules.

201.2The General Counsel to the Commission shall serve as Secretary to the Panel.
