Section 31-208. RECORDS OF MEETINGS

    208.1The Secretary shall cause the creation of a formal record of the official proceedings of Panel meetings by tape recording. All written documents and materials of the Panel shall be preserved by the Secretary.

     

    208.2The Secretary shall prepare a summary of attendance and actions officially taken at each meeting.
