Section 31-229. SUBSTITUTION OF PARTIES

229.1In the event of the death of an individual party, or the dissolution or reorganization of a party other than an individual, the Panel, upon motion of a party or upon its own motion, may substitute the person succeeding to the rights and liabilities of the party.

229.2In the event of a mistake in the name of the title of a party, the Panel, upon motion of a party or upon its own motion, may substitute the correct name or title.
