Section 31-233. NOTICE

    233.1Notice shall be served not less than ten (10) days before the hearing, order, or other proposed action of which the notice is required, except in those instances in which another period is allowable or specifically provided.

     

    233.2Notices shall be typewritten or otherwise duplicated and shall conform to the requirements of §§ 220 and 230.

     

    233.3Notice, whenever given, shall be served upon all parties, and copies filed with the Panel.

     

    233.4Service of notice shall be in person or by first class mail.

     

    233.5Proof of service shall be filed with the Panel.

     

    233.6In proceedings, initiated pursuant to § 221.2, copies of the notice of that proceeding shall be posted on the official bulletin board of the Commission and shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the District of Columbia.
