Section 31-235. FORMAL HEARINGS: GENERAL PROVISIONS

235.1The Panel may order a formal public hearing in any proceeding in which it determines that a formal public hearing is necessary.

235.2The notice of formal public hearing shall designate the time and place of the formal public hearing.

235.3Unless otherwise specifically ordered, formal public hearings shall be in the hearing room at the office of the Commission.

235.4The Panel shall give notice of a formal hearing, or of any change in date or place of such hearing. Notice under this section shall be exempt from the requirements of § 233.

235.5A formal public hearing shall be held before the Panel.
