Section 31-244. SETTLEMENT AND STIPULATION CONFERENCES

    244.1Not later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the time fixed for the first day of public hearings, all parties shall meet for the purpose of conducting a settlement and stipulation conference. This shall not preclude the parties from meeting at any other times as they deem necessary for the purpose of settlement and stipulation.

     

    244.2Unless otherwise ordered, the General Counsel shall initiate arrangements for this conference and shall cause any stipulations to be prepared and filed not later than five (5) days prior to the time fixed for any hearing.

     

    244.3All findings contemplated under this section shall recite, in addition to the matters agreed upon at the conference, the date, time, and place of the conference, and the names of the parties in attendance.
