Section 31-245. PRE-HEARING BRIEFS

245.1Pre-hearing briefs shall be filed by each participating party and shall summarize the evidence to be presented by the party and its analysis of relevant legal and factual issues.

245.2When submitted, pre-hearing briefs shall be filed and delivered not later than three (3) business days before the first scheduled hearing day in the particular case, unless otherwise directed by the Panel.

245.3No replies to pre-hearing briefs shall be accepted by the Panel.
