Section 31-253. ORAL ARGUMENT

    253.1The Panel, in its discretion, may permit or require oral argument during or at the close of a hearing or on any brief, memorandum, motion, application, or petition filed.

     

    253.2Arguments on the admissibility of evidence or other oral argument during the course of the taking of testimony shall be made on the record.

     

    253.3The formal oral argument of a case shall be reported in the official transcript.
