Section 31-255. ADVISORY OPINIONS

255.1Any employee of the Commission or person may apply to the General Counsel for an advisory opinion as to the interpretation or applicability of any Commission, Panel, or Office rule or action. Advisory opinions requested in writing or rendered in writing by the General Counsel in the course of a pending proceeding shall be forwarded to all parties of record.
