Section 31-327. DOCUMENTS FILED IN PROCEEDINGS

    327.1Documents required or permitted by any provision of this chapter shall be filed with the Chairperson at the Office of the Commission.

     

    327.2Documents may be filed by personal delivery or by mail.

     

    327.3Unless otherwise specified, documents shall be considered to be filed on the date on which they are actually received by the Chairperson.

     

    327.4All documents filed with or presented to the Chairperson shall be retained in the files of the Commission; provided, that the Chairperson may permit the withdrawal of original documents upon the submission of properly authenticated copies to replace the documents.

     

    327.5Any party who submits data or evidence in a proceeding governed by this chapter in response to a subpoena or by request or by permission of the Chairperson may, on payment of lawfully prescribed costs, procure a copy of any document submitted by him or her and a copy of any transcript made of his or her testimony.
