Section 31-328. FORMAT OF DOCUMENTS FILED IN PROCEEDINGS

    328.1All typewritten documents shall be on strong, durable paper not larger than eight and one-half by eleven inches (81/2 in. x 11 in.) except that other documents may be larger if folded to the size of the document to which they are physically attached.

     

    328.2Text shall be double-spaced, except for footnotes and long quotations which may be single-spaced.

     

    328.3Type not smaller than elite shall be used.

     

    328.4The left margin shall be at least one and one-half inches (11/2 in.), and all other margins shall be at least one inch (1 in.).

     

    328.5If the document is bound, it shall be bound on the left side.

     

    328.6Papers may be reproduced by a duplicating process, provided all copies are clear and legible.

     

    328.7Appropriate notes or other indications shall be used so that the existence of any matters shown in color on the original will be accurately indicated on all copies.

     

    328.8Unless otherwise specified, an executed original and one (1) copy of each document required or permitted to be filed under this section shall be filed with the Chairperson.

     

    328.9Copies need not be signed, but the name of the person signing the document, as distinguished from the firm or organization he or she represents, shall also be typed or printed on all copies below the space provided for signature.
