Section 31-332. RESPONSIVE DOCUMENTS

332.1Answers to applications, complaints, petitions, motions, or other documents or orders instituting proceedings may be filed by any party to the proceedings or by any person who has a petition for intervention pending.

332.2Except as otherwise provided, answers or any further responsive document shall be filed within seven (7) days after service of the document to which the responsive filing is directed.
