Section 31-515. NOTIFICATION OF ANY LICENSE SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION

515.1An owner, employee, agent, or representative of a taxicab company, association, or fleet or another person acting on the owner’s behalf shall notify the Commission in writing no later than ten (10) business days after the suspension or revocation of a license, permit, certificate, or authority granted to the licensee by an agency of the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, or federal government.
