Section 31-811. UNAUTHORIZED USE OF TAXICAB

811.1A taxicab owner may file a written complaint with the Office of Taxicabs for unauthorized use of the vehicle when the lessee fails to return the vehicle to the owner after the expiration of the lease agreement or failure of the lessee to have a current insurance sticker.
