Section 4-1101. SCOPE

1101.1Except as hereinafter exempted, the provisions of this chapter shall apply to all District of Columbia government contracts subject to Mayor’s Order No. 85-85, and any rules, regulations, and procedures promulgated pursuant to that Mayor’s Order.
