Section 4-1109. WAIVERS

1109.1The Director may grant a waiver to a prospective contractor from the requirement to submit a set of minimum standards for the employment of minorities and women in a particular contract, if before the execution the contract and approval of the Affirmative Action Program, the contractor can document and otherwise prove it is unable to meet the standards in the performance of the contract.
