Section 4-118. RECORDS AND TRANSCRIPTS OF HEARINGS

    118.1Each hearing shall be recorded and transcribed verbatim.

     

    118.2The record shall consist of the complaint file, exhibits, transcripts, and all other documents submitted to and accepted by the Hearing Examiner related to the subject matter of the hearing and made a part of the record.

     

    118.3The Director shall be responsible for the reproduction of records, at the expense of the respondent agency.

     

    118.4A copy of the verbatim transcript, along with copies of each document made a part of the record by the Hearing Examiner, shall be furnished to the parties or their representatives, the agency involved, if not a party, the Hearing Examiner, and the Director.
