Section 4-1219. WITHDRAWAL OF COMPLAINTS

1219.1A public complaint may be voluntarily withdrawn at the request of the complainant at any time before a final decision and order is issued pursuant to § 1223. The request to withdraw a complaint must be made in writing. The circumstances of a withdrawal may be investigated by the Language Access Director (“LA Director”).
