Section 4-1224. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTIES

    1224.1All parties are entitled to, and shall receive, a fair and impartial investigation by the Language Access Director (“LA Director”).

     

    1224.2All parties shall:

     

    (a)Cooperate with, and comply with all requests of, the LA Director or the Office of Human Rights (“OHR) during the investigation of the complaint; and

     

    (b)Furnish OHR with the following:

     

    (1) All documents, records, names of witnesses, and any other necessary information needed to investigate the complaint; and

     

    (2) Current contact information.

     

    1224.3Noncompliance by the covered entity against which the complaint is filed shall be reported to the OCA for further action.
