Section 4-1508. ANNUAL REVIEW AND UPDATING OF BULLYING PREVENTION POLICY

1508.1Each covered entity shall submit an update confirming the identity of its Point of Contact and any substantial revisions in its bullying prevention policy, to the BPP Director by August 15 of each year.

1508.2The BPP Director will review any new policies or policies with substantial edits within thirty (30) days and provide feedback to ensure full compliance including any recommendations for improvement of the policy.
