Section 4-414. CONTINUANCES

414.1Any party may submit a motion for continuance to the hearing examiner, who shall grant it only for good cause shown.

414.2The party seeking a continuance shall seek the agreement of all other parties as to an alternate date and time, prior to submission of the motion for continuance, and shall cite the agreement in the motion, or state with particularity the reasons why a continuance should be granted in the absence of the parties’ agreement.
