Section 4-435. SEVERABILITY OF PROVISIONS

435.1If any provision, or part of a provision, of this chapter, or application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this chapter, and the application of the provision, or part of a provision, to other persons not similarly situated, or to other circumstances, shall not be affected thereby.
