Section 4-703. CONTINUING VIOLATION

703.1The complainant may allege that his or her claim is a continuing violation if the claim involves a hostile work environment and at least one of the discriminatory acts occurred within the statutory period of one (1) year or three hundred sixty-five (365) days of the date of filing.
