709.1Complaints filed with the Office under the provisions of the Act may be voluntarily withdrawn at the request of the complainant at any time prior to the completion of the Office’s investigation and findings, as specified in section 305 of the Act (D.C. Official Code § 2-1403.05), except that the circumstances accompanying a withdrawal may be fully investigated by the Office.
