901.1The provisions of this chapter shall govern pre-complaint investigation and resolution of allegations of instances or patterns of discrimination, based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, personal appearance, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, matriculation, physical handicap, political affiliation, source of income, or place of residence or business.
