Section 4-905. DATA REQUEST

905.1The Director shall serve upon a person or organization against whom allegations have been made a data request for information that shall include, but need not be limited to, a request for answers to the specific allegations.
905.2The person or organization shall have thirty (30) work days after receipt of the data request to submit the requested information.
905.3If the person or organization seeks additional time to submit the requested information, the Director may grant up to ten (10) additional work days.
905.4The failure of a person or organization to comply with the data request within the time allowed shall render the person or organization subject to sanctions under § 264 of the Act (D.C. Official Code § 2-1402.64 (2001)).
