Section 4-908. RESOLUTION THROUGH VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE

908.1If the person or organization consents to voluntary compliance, the Director may require the person or organization to enter a written compliance agreement. The Director may then terminate the investigation or may monitor the person or organization to ensure observance of the terms of a compliance agreement.
