Section 5-D130. DISPUTES

  • 130.1Each contract entered into by the Office shall include a disputes clause which sets forth the procedures by which disputes shall be resolved.

    130.2The disputes clause may, if the Contracting Officer determines it to be in the best interest of the Office, provide for the resolution of disputes through binding arbitration within the District of Columbia. 

    130.3Any judicial review of any dispute shall be in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 11-921.
