Section 5-A2804. CERTIFICATION LIST AND MONITORING REPORTS

2804.1OSSE shall publish and make available the list of nonpublic special education schools or programs, including the current level of approval of each school or program.
2804.2OSSE shall produce at least one (1) written monitoring report for each nonpublic special education school or program during the period of the school or program’s certificate of approval. Such reports shall not contain personally identifiable student information.
