Section 5-A2835. ANNUAL CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE

 

2835.1Pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 38-2561.08, a nonpublic special education school or program shall certify compliance with this chapter not less than forty-five (45) calendar days prior to the start of the school year, using such forms as shall be provided by OSSE.
