Section 5-A2841. EXTENSION OF A CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL

2841.1OSSE may in its discretion extend a certificate of approval or grant a provisional certificate of approval pending final action on an application.
2841.2A nonpublic special education school or program must submit an application form for any new branch or campus not covered by the existing certificate of approval.
2841.3OSSE may modify a certificate of approval to allow a nonpublic special education school or program to reflect a material change at the school, to incorporate campus or program additions or changes, or as OSSE otherwise deems appropriate.
