Section 5-A3401. PAG APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

    3401.1Only a designated official of a local education agency may submit a PAG application on behalf of an applicant school. 

     

    3401.2The OSSE shall date and time stamp each application upon receipt.

     

    3401.3An applicant may not submit more than one (1) application in a grant funding cycle.

     

    3401.4The program narrative in each application shall include specific information describing the program’s purpose, scope, objectives, and intended impact.

     

    3401.5A PAG application shall provide justification for all proposed grant expenditures related to the PAG award. 

     

    3401.6All required documentation shall be included with the application.  An incomplete application shall be disqualified and will not be reviewed.

     

    3401.7Each application shall demonstrate compliance with all requirements specified by the request for funding application.

     

    3401.8The PAG awards for each grant cycle shall be announced by OSSE within thirty (30) calendar days after the grant application closing date.

     

    3401.9OSSE shall notify each applicant, in writing, as to the approval or denial of an application within thirty (30) calendar days after the grant application closing date.

     

    3401.10 Each PAG grant shall be awarded for a period of two (2) calendar years from the date of the award or as otherwise specified.
