Section 5-A8003. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND REPRESENTATIONS

    8003.1A postsecondary degree granting educational institution shall not engage in an activity requiring licensure or make a representation suggesting that it is licensed:

     

    (a)Prior to issuance of an initial license;

     

    (b)During a period of license suspension; or

     

    (c)If the postsecondary degree granting educational institution’s license has lapsed or been revoked.
