Section 5-A8101. APPLICABILITY AND EXCLUSIONS

8101.1This chapter shall apply to all private, postsecondary non-degree schools, and their agents; which are required to be licensed by the Commission by D.C. Law 1-104, as amended, D.C. Code §§31-1601 et seq. (1993 Repl. Vol.).

8101.2In general, schools and agents shall be subject to this chapter, if they operate in the District or are incorporated in the District and operate elsewhere, unless excluded by law. -
