Section 5-A8104. INTEGRITY

8104.1A school shall conduct its business with honesty and fair dealing with its employees, its students, the government and the public.

8104.2A school shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the District of Columbia; with the conditions of any tax exemption, student or other financial assistance from a public agency, license or permit; and with the requirements of this chapter.
