8106.1A school shall clearly delineate the responsibilities for control of the operation of the school and its programs, identifying the policies to be established, severally or jointly, by the following:

(a)Its governing body;

(b)The chief executive officer;

(c)Other administrative officers;

(d)Faculty members;

(e)Students; and

(f)Others.
