Section 5-A8112. RETENTION OF STUDENTS

8112.1A school shall make reasonable efforts to assure that students admitted to instruction are retained until completion of the program for which admitted, so long as their conduct and academic progress are in compliance with the applicable rules of the school, and shall report its retention rate to the Commission as part of its application for initial license or license renewal.
