Section 5-A8113. JOB PLACEMENT

8113.1A school shall maintain records of each student who obtains employment or advancement within a time period to be specified by the Commission as a result of instruction received at the school, and shall report its placement rate to the Commission as part of its application for initial license or license renewal.
