Section 5-A8203. REMOVAL OF A COMMISSIONER

8203.1The Commission may, when appropriate, recommend to the Mayor the removal of a Commissioner from office for adequate cause relating to that Commissioner's actions and attendance.

8203.2In any recommendation regarding unethical behavior, the Commission shall act in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the District of Columbia.
