Section 5-A8210. IMPLEMENTATION

8210.1The Commission may implement this chapter and other rules of the Commission by written policies and administrative issuances as the Commission may deem necessary.

8210.2Except for the authority vested in the Commission by law, and to the extent consistent with the rules of the Commission, the Commission may delegate implementation authority to the Executive Director.
