  • 8400.1The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (“OSSE” or “State Superintendent”) is the sole entity authorized and responsible for the administration of the tests of General Educational Development (GED® test) for eligible applicants in the District of Columbia; and, is the sole entity authorized to certify and monitor other entities as official GED® testing sites for eligible applicants in the District of Columbia.
