8404.1The Superintendent shall adopt and publicize uniform fees for the administration of each GED® test and subsequent re-tests.

8404.2Waivers of the testing fees stated in § 8404.1 may be approved by the State Superintendent or an authorized designee in cases of demonstrated financial hardship.
