117.1Every procurement by the Office shall be conducted in accordance with competitive contracting procedures, suitable to the specific procurement, that produce reasonable value and reasonable results.

117.2The contracting procedures the Office may include, but are not limited to, the procedures described in Sections 118 through 122.
