Section 5-E1032. PERMANENT PART-TIME EMPLOYEES

1032.1The Superintendent is authorized to establish the tenure category of permanent part-time for employees who serve less than full-time. Tenure in this category shall be subject to all applicable Board rules including selection through the competitive process as set forth in § 1006.
