Section 5-E1211. LIFE INSURANCE

1211.1The life insurance benefits provisions of chapter 87 of Title 5 of the U.S. Code shall be applicable to all employees in the Educational, Career, and Excepted Services, except those specifically excluded by statute or regulation.

1211.2Procedures for administering the life insurance program shall be consistent with law and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management regulations.
