Section 5-E1504. SUPERINTENDENT’S REASSIGNMENT OPTION

1504.1As an option to separation, the Superintendent may reassign an employee who is subject to separation, subject to the provisions in this chapter.
1504.2Employees separated under a reduction-in-force may be offered vacant positions, subject to the provisions in this chapter.
1504.3The filling of a vacant position is discretionary and the Superintendent need not fill any vacancy that he or she may elect to keep vacant.
